Tips To Ponder, when You Choose 'Right Door' Handles

When it comes to choosing a door handle you may think a door handle is just that, right?
Well that is one train of thought but it is important to make sure that you buy the right one for the right job for a variety of reasons.

The first thing to think about is where is it going to be fitted, and I know the obvious answer is a door! But there is a little more to it than that, such as where is the door located, how much "Traffic" comes through it, and what type of traffic it is (In terms of people) to name but a few questions.

Door handles come designed for specific tasks and so it is important to use the right one for the job, as an example using an internal door handle for external use can prove disastrous and it may well rust in no time at all.

Also when it comes to fitting a lock to a door you will need to decide whether you are going to have a separate handle and lock, or a fitting that combines both. It may well be that like most people you do not need locks fitted to every door, however if you do need some doors to be fitted with locks, on storage cupboards as an example, and want to use handles fitted with integrated locks in them then make sure they are available in the range of handles you are considering buying.

This is because it can be very easy to buy a range of handles only to decide you need some with "handles with integrated locks" at a later date, but if they do not do them in the range, you may find yourself swapping out all of your handles for a new range. So a tip when buying is to make sure that the range you are looking at actually has all the handle fitments you need, to avoid a costly swap out at a later date.

Also if you are buying ones for commercial premises then you may want to ask your supplier if the handles you are looking at purchasing will be suitable, as they will have to put up with a lot more "Traffic" in terms of how often they are opened and closed during the day, as well as how hard wearing the finish of the door handles is. Hence, don't choose the delicate/ high maintenance ones.

So as you can see there is more to choosing a simple door handle than you think!

    HOW TO CHOOSE CUTLERY ORGANISER

Every Indian Home as an innate essence of  its culture that lies in its "Kitchen". An organized, transparent kitchen not only enhances the beauty, decor of a home but also reflects the style and personality of an individual.

LET YOUR KITCHEN REFLECT YOUR STYLE

Modular Kitchens provide you  " large kitchen drawers " below your hob or cooking place. These drawers are your 'most handy places' while cooking.

      • 1
Organize one drawer as cutlery organizer  with a non-corrosive wire baskets available.
      • 2

Wire Basket Cutlery OrganiserChoose a right kind of cutlery partition that is suitable for your style of cooking. Do not take very specific  organizers. Always keep in mind, 'optimized usage' of space .
      • 3
The two or three vertical partitions may be big in size, good for your serving/cooking spoons. Always think of one/more horizontal small partitions that would help you to store things like bottle openers, knives, cooker whistles or small lids.
      • 4
EBCO PVC Cutlery Basket Another drawer can be roughly partitioned for small spice bottles like clove, saffron, coffee, etc and sprinklers like pepper, chilly powder, cumin powder or chat masala.  These bottles can be separated using the round "masala dani" and arrange the larger bottles of tea, sugar, salt, etc
      • 5
Mark your drawers on the basis of your height and reachability as "frequently used" things, such that you don't need to bend or stretch too often.
Keep the " less frequently used" things at places that are far/less reachable in the kitchen.

    INSTRUCTIONS

Dip a cleaning cloth into the solution, scooping up a small amount and rubbing it over the entire brass surface.
      • 3
Let it sit for 10 minutes. Wipe the brass clean with a damp cloth.
